There are so many good causes to support and projects in need of assistance, it is vital that local businesses give back.
Charlene Faint, a resident agent in Lake Michelle and a Chas Everitt sales representative in False Bay, believes in her community. Charlene will allocate R1 000,00 from every sale of property to a local community project (within False Bay community). The seller of the property will choose which organisation or project Charlene will be required to make the donation to.
A community project could include; False Bay Volunteer Emergency Medical services, Work for love, Help2Read, Hokisa, Lions club, Mission of Mercy, Meals on wheels, Sisters Incorporated, St Luke’s Hospice, TOC H, these are only a few of the organisations which are all in need of assistance.
Getting involved with the community, allows you to assist people in need. “We cannot seek achievement for ourselves and forget about progress and prosperity for our community … our ambitions must be broad enough to include the aspirations and needs of others, for their sakes and for our own” Cecar Chavez.
